Frequently asked questions

// Plans & Purchasing
What exactly do I get when I purchase a build plan?
A complete PDF build document: full bill of materials (with sourcing guidance), winding specifications, circuit schematics, drive electronics design, measurement and verification protocols, and where applicable, PCB Gerber files. Everything needed to replicate the device — not just a theory summary.
Are these one-time purchases or subscriptions?
One-time purchases. You pay once and have lifetime access to the plan PDF. No recurring charges for individual device plans.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not currently accept crypto, wire transfers, or institutional purchase orders — but email us if you need an alternative arrangement for institutional purchases.
Do you offer refunds?
Plans are digital documents — we don't offer refunds once downloaded. If you have a question before purchasing, email us and we'll describe exactly what's in the plan for the device you're considering.
// Device Plans & Research
What framework are these devices drawn from?
Primarily Tom Bearden's scalar electromagnetics theoretical framework, as documented in his published books and papers (Fer-de-Lance, Energy from the Vacuum, Oblivion). Supplemented by device-specific source literature: Floyd Sweet's VTA documentation, John Bedini's monopole energizer patents, Nikola Tesla's bifilar coil patent (US 512,340), Wilbert Smith's caduceus coil research, and others.
Are these devices proven to work as claimed?
Honestly: it depends on the device and what "work as claimed" means. Some devices (Bedini SG, Caduceus coil, Rodin coil) have documented independent replications that confirm anomalous electromagnetic properties. Others (Sweet VTA, MEG) have a small number of reported successful replications with significant controversy. The Casimir stack (zero-point capacitor) is rigorous established physics. We document what's been independently verified and where the evidence is contested — we don't oversell.
Which device should I start with?
The Bedini SG Energizer (difficulty 2/5, $95 plan) is the canonical entry point — accessible hardware, documented replications, clear measurement methodology. The Caduceus coil and Rodin coil are also good first builds. The Sweet VTA and MEG are advanced builds that require precision fabrication and instrumentation experience.
Do you sell component kits?
For some devices, yes. Where kit prices are listed on the device page, we offer a sourced component package. Members receive 10% off kits. Kit availability is device-specific — see each device's detail page.
// Restricted Plans
Why are some plans restricted?
Four plans — the Scalar EM Healing Rig, Bearden T-Wave Demonstrator, Floyd Sweet Full Replication Package, and Advanced Scalar Interferometer (Class IV) — contain technical content that we've determined requires verified research context. The healing rig documentation has human bioelectromagnetics implications (IRB required). The T-wave demonstrator and Class IV interferometer document theoretical frameworks with ITAR-adjacent territory. The Sweet replication package includes unpublished gravity neutralization documentation. We gate these because responsible publication requires knowing your audience.
How do I apply for access to a restricted plan?
Submit a verification request at /verify. You'll need your institutional email, institutional affiliation, role, the device you're requesting, and a brief research purpose description. Review takes 2–5 business days. If approved, you'll receive a personalized purchase link by email.
What institutions qualify?
Universities, national laboratories, recognized research institutes, and registered research entities with verifiable institutional identity. Independent researchers with documented publication history in relevant fields are reviewed case-by-case. Personal requests without institutional affiliation are typically declined.
// Membership
What's included in ScalarForge Membership?
$49/mo. Includes: 10% discount on all plan and kit purchases, priority access to new device plan releases, access to the researcher forum (verified community of scalar EM builders), direct Q&A sessions with our scalar EM research advisors, early access to restricted plan review queue (priority review: 1–2 days vs. standard 2–5 days), and build progress sharing in the member community.
Is Membership separate from device plan purchases?
Yes. Membership ($49/mo recurring) is separate from device plan purchases (one-time). The 10% discount applies to any plan or kit you purchase while a member.
Can I cancel membership anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime, no questions asked, no cancellation fee. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
// Support
I have a technical question about a device build. Can you help?
Email support is available for all customers. Members get access to direct Q&A with our scalar EM advisors, which is the right channel for substantive technical questions about specific builds.
What if I find an error in a plan document?
Email us with the specific error and the plan it's in. We maintain live versions of all documents — corrections are issued to all purchasers of that plan at no charge.
