Advanced Scalar Interferometer (Bearden Class IV)
High-power phase-conjugate interferometer — institutional verification required
Overview
Bearden's theoretical framework describes four classes of scalar EM interferometer, distinguished by power level and wave type. Class I–III are bench-scale research tools (see the public Scalar Interferometer plan). Class IV is the high-power configuration that Bearden described as capable of long-range effects including weather modification and material disruption at distance — effects he attributed to Soviet "Woodpecker" installations. This plan provides the electromagnetic geometry and electronic architecture for a kilowatt-class scalar interferometer as a theoretical study — it is the most complete published implementation specification of Bearden's Class IV description. The plan is accessible only to institutional researchers because the power levels and geometric configuration enter territory where verification of research intent is essential. Output is benched at safe levels; scaling documentation is theoretical only. All purchasers undergo verification. This is the most advanced and theoretically complete document in the ScalarForge catalog.
